IMS Enterprise Suite SOAP Gateway continues to enhance security options to protect your critical business data. With the latest Fix Pack releases, a transaction can be secured from the client via HTTPS and then through a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection with IMS™ Connect. Security can be enabled per message, per web service, or for the entire SOAP Gateway server.

New SOAP Gateway security enhancements provide additional flexibility, support for industry standards, and improve interoperability with your existing security infrastructure through:

• Java keystore (JKS) security
• IBM z/OS® Application Transparent Transport Layer Security (AT-TLS)
• WS-Security with Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) Token Profile 1.1 
• Custom Java Authentication and Authorization Service (JAAS) Module
